- The Deep Assessment uses a stable set of 24 questions and takes about 8–10 minutes.
- Answers use a five-point frequency scale from 1 (Never) to 5 (Almost always).
- Results describe three separate domains: family interaction patterns, current impact, and boundaries and self-regulation.
- The paid report provides item-level personalized explanations, relative priorities, contact-strategy decision support, a staged action plan, optional device-local trend history, and HTML/PDF export.
- The current one-time price for one Deep Assessment report is USD 4.99. Payment is processed by Freemius as merchant of record.

## Privacy and data handling

- No MirrorCare account, name, or email is required to answer the assessment.
- Quick Reflection answers are processed in page memory.
- Deep Assessment answers are sent over HTTPS for report generation. Raw item answers and generated report text are not written to the application database.
- To prevent duplicate redemption, the service stores payment and fulfillment metadata plus a SHA-256 digest of the 24-answer array. The digest is not used to reconstruct the answers.
- Trend history is optional. When selected, only the date and four aggregate means are stored in that browser and can be cleared by the user.
- Card and PayPal details are handled on Freemius's hosted checkout, not on MirrorCare pages.
